34 Williams Street
Located at the door step of Boston’s historic Dudley Square, this 3,700sqft 3 unit brick row house sat unoccupied for years. Purchased in the Winter of 2012, construction began in early 2013.
A full scale gut renovation was necessary to transform a building that once had a unit mix of 3 one bedroom apartments into a property that now contains 3 condo quality “green living” apartments ranging in size from 1 two bedroom flat to 1 two bedroom 2 bath duplex and finally 1 penthouse studio with a private roof deck. Delivery of this building was September 2013.
Designed by Vanko Studio Architects, built by Artizan General Construction, and financed by Eastern Bank; this project was as of right and no zoning relief was necessary
